I am a commissioned Remote Online Notary (RON) in Washington State and am able to notarize for anyone nationwide. I also offer local mobile services for the notary fee plus mileage and parking.
I am a member of the National Notary Association and am a Certified Loan Signing Agent through them and through BlueNotary. All remote sessions are conducted on the secure BlueNotary platform.
I am available Monday throughout Friday from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Saturday from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Pacific Time. You may book a session with me on calendly https://www.calendly.com/moax14.
In Person E-Signature Notary
$15 per seal plus mileage and parking
I will travel to you to notarize and will bring a tablet or laptop on which you will sign the documents electronically.
Remote Online Notary
$25 per seal / $8 additional documents
I will notarize your document electronically online via the BlueNotary Platform.
Loan Signing Agent
$95
I will notarize a complete loan signing package for this flat fee.
In Person Wet Signature
$15 per seal plus mileage and parking.
I will travel to you to notarize your document with an ink signature and notary stamp.
Certified Copy of Document
$15 per document plus mileage and parking.
This service must be performed in person. I will travel to you to certify your document.
Witnessing or Attesting a Signature
$15 plus mileage and parking.
I will act as a witness to you signing a document.
